The following times, rules, conditions & requirements must be adhered to at all times:

The absolute deadline for the application will be May 1st, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST.

The Parade & Muster participation is limited to fire & rescue type vehicles only.

A separate application and insurance statement is required for each unit entered.

The Muster is limited to the first 75 registrations, and based upon a ‘first come-first served’ system. Due to parking space registrations, no aerial apparatus may registered for the Apparatus Muster.

There is no limit on the number of parade participants.

All units must sign-in to the historical event journal at the check-in site to be marked as attending and to receive their registration packet (Muster attendees will receive their Muster Entry Pass here). The check-in site will be emailed to all applicants when the event date approaches.

Units entered need to have an operable fire extinguisher (10BC), present. Wheel chocks and an oil drip catch pan are required for apparatus entered in the Muster.
