Paramedic/Firefighter entry-level examinations are administered by the DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services Human Resources Division once a month. The most recent Firefighter/EMT Entry Level Exam was administered on June 13, 2015 and June 27, 2015. 

DC Fire and EMS intends to conduct an entrance exam for Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician positions during the summer of 2019. As plans are finalized and confirmed, additional information regarding date, time and location will be posted here.
