Fire Investigators Aaron C. Hazel (left) and John W. Curry, Sr. were sworn in today by the U.S. Marshals Service as special deputies in their functions as members of the DC Arson Task Force.

The designation gives both officers the ability to serve search and arrest warrants in investigations outside the District of Columbia.
