On Wednesday, May 8 and Thursday, May 9, District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department (F&EMS) Chief Kenneth B. Ellerbe addressed community leaders and stakeholders at the monthly meetings of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (ANC) 4C and 7C respectively.
