DDOT appreciates requests be submitted 3 weeks (15 business days) in advance of the meeting for DDOT to properly prepare and staff the requested Community Meeting. All meeting requests will be sent to DDOT’s Community Engagement Unit for review.
The following items assist DDOT with reviewing the request in a timely fashion:
- Specific details on the issues or concerns to be addressed
- Background information on the specific issues or concerns
- An agenda (draft or final)
The DDOT Compendium lists policies and procedures for managing the District's transportation network and public space.
