DDOT’s Public Information and Community Engagement divisions ask that requests are submitted 3 weeks (15 business days) in advance of the meeting so DDOT can have sufficient time to properly inform the public about the community meeting. All meeting requests will be sent to both divisions for review.
The following items assist DDOT with reviewing the request in a timely fashion:
- Specific details on the issues or concerns to be addressed
- Background information on the specific issues or concerns
- An agenda (draft or final)
