As part of the Mayor’s commitment to customer service, we are looking for ways to improve your interaction with the District government. Our Customer Satisfaction Survey is intended to gather information about public safety assistance or basic city services you recently requested. We will use your comments and feedback to identify areas where operational improvements are necessary.
Again, you may either complete a survey related to a recent call that you placed to 911 for police, fire or emergency medical services or to provide comments about a recent city service that you requested.
