2008 Fire/EMS Cadet Program: Required Supporting Documents
Applicants must reach their 18th birthday by October 1, 2008 and not reach their 21st birthday on or before January 31, 2008.
At least one of the supporting documents listed below must be submitted with your application. Supporting Documents in other categories are also required.
