District of Columbia Pre-Hospital Medical Protocols

Adult Protocols Manual

The District of Columbia Adult Pre-Hospital Medical Protocols are the end product of over two years of work by many dedicated individuals. This is the first major update in ten years.

The Adult Protocols are divided into 16 sections, including the introductory section and the appendix. All of the protocols are available in Adobe Acrobat format.

Pediatric Protocols Manual

The District of Columbia Pediatric Protocols were develped by Children's Hospital, which worked closely with the DC Fire/EMS Department.

The Pediatric Protocols are divided into seven sections and a normal vital signs chart. All of the protocols are available in Adobe Acrobat format
