Fleet Maintenance Division The Fleet Maintenance Division provides efficient, productive, repair and maintenance programs for all departmental vehicles, firefighting tools, and other essential apparatus in the department. Systematic preventive maintenance is an integral function of the specialized shops that include front end and chassis area, and a motor rebuilding facility. The self-contained breathing apparatus (SCUBA) repair unit is an important function in the Division. This unit maintains all of the Department's compressed air breathing apparatus, oxygen equipment, and related recharging equipment.
