Facilities Maintenance Division The Facilities Maintenance Division manages 38 Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) buildings. This division: Writes the annual operating budget requests Controls daily repairs and maintenance requests along with emergency repairs Develops and maintains a database to keep track of records of all repairs Maintains the facility budget accounts Manages the in-house maintenance work crews Recommends capitol funded repairs and renovation scheduling to the Planning Office Manages the Surplus Property Acquisition Program Monitors job performance of outside contractors Researches and evaluates new products and technologies for the facilities
